I accept the following payment methods:

If you wish to hold an animal, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required, and it will be applied toward the final purchase price. The timeline for paying the remaining balance is flexible and will be discussed during your initial inquiry and purchase negotiations. If you choose not to complete the purchase, the deposit will be forfeited. In the rare event that I am unable to provide the animal for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to another available animal of your choice.
Shipping
I ship my animals Monday through Wednesday via Fedex Priority Overnight service.
All animals will be shipped to a staffed FedEx Ship Center, and held there for pick up. There will be no exceptions.
I reserve the right to cancel the shipment, if the temperature in your area is expected to be below 40 or above 90 degrees during the course of shipment.
All orders must be paid in full before shipment
Live Arrival Guarantee
I guarantee that my animal(s) will arrive live and healthy, if the following conditions are met:
Outside temperature stays within 40-90 degrees range during transit time.
The animal is picked up from the FedEx facility, unboxed and inspected within the two hours of its arrival.
In the event that our animal(s) arrive(s) dead or appear(s) injured upon inspection, buyer must contact me immediately and be ready to provide photographic evidence to receive a refund.
Health Guarantee
For the health and safety of my collection, I DO NOT take animals back once they have left my care due to the risk of nidovirus and other contagious illnesses.
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed (unless sold as unsexed).
Your satisfaction matters to me. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your shipment so we can work toward a solution.
I provide a 72-hour health guarantee on all animals I sell. Please reach out right away if you notice any health concerns.

I reserve the right to void the guarantee if the animal is kept under improper care or husbandry.
